DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. I ship my artworks to any destination in the world.
HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR ARTWORK?
All prints are packaged rolled in hard protective cardboard tubes to ensure safe delivery and to protect your art. The tube construction also makes unpackaging quick and easy. If I can give you any advice, open the tube and take the print out of it at your professional framing service so you will avoid print damages. I send prints via Australia Post Office. All artwork is shipped fully insured.
ONCE I PURCHASE A PIECE OF ART, HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?
The artwork is typically shipped within five to ten business days. Shipped art may take 2-4 weeks for delivery via the Australia Post Office depending on the destination country and your preferences. If you need artwork delivered on a tight deadline, please contact me after placing your order at email@example.com so that I can arrange priority shipping.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
I proudly have FREE SHIPPING within Australia and charge only $20 AUD shipping costs for any size of the ordered print outside of Australia.

WHAT KIND OF MATERIALS AND PRINTING TECHNIQUE DO YOU USE?
All photos are available for purchase as a Limited Edition full-colour prints.
I use Museum Grade, Archival 308gsm 100% White Cotton Photo Rag® Fine Art Paper with pigment ink of the highest museum quality and standards which guarantees long-lasting colour and saturation.
The papers I Choose are made to archival standards and meet the highest industry standards regarding density, colour gamut, colour graduation and image sharpness while preserving the special touch and feel of genuine art paper.
DO YOU PROVIDE FRAMING SERVICES?
I prefer sending rolled prints in a tube, but I am also able to recommend framers for framing of Prints.

MAY I RETURN A PIECE OF ARTWORK IF IT DOES NOT MEET MY EXPECTATIONS?
I want you to love your new art, so if a piece doesn't quite work in your space, return it within seven days of receiving your order and I will issue you a refund for the price of the art. Art must be returned in its original packaging. At this time, there are no returns on special orders or artwork that is altered at the request of the customer.
HOW DO I RETURN A PIECE OF ARTWORK?
My return process is easy. When you first receive your purchase, save the original packaging. Repackage the art in its original tube and contact me at email@example.com Photographs that are returned damaged will not be refunded.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED PIECE OF ART?
I package all prints in hard protective cardboard tubes to ensure safe delivery, so receiving damaged art is a rare occurrence. If you receive a damaged piece of art, contact me within 24 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org Please save the tube and all packaging material and take some photos of damaged print; I must have it in order to process the claim.
