Living in todays fast paced society I find myself becoming entangled and entwined in the roles I play in other peoples lives, ie: mother, wife and a colleague, somewhat forgetting who ‘I’ am and what ‘I’ need, to be the best person I can be.
When I can, I try to set aside some time to sit with myself in silence, with no noise in my head to help
regain some clarity, stillness and a oneness with myself.
