I have always liked the saying that goes something like….
‘We stumble and we fall, but how we choose to get up again is what defines us’.
 
We all make mistakes in life or have had things happen which we feel set us back,
But to sit in the dark of those things, those mistakes, is what weighs us down.
 
It is not easy but to truly be at ease with oneself we need to find the 
strength in ourselves to dust off, stand up and learn to move forward with serenity and wisdom…
